Gary Wilder

Founder Partner, Executive chairman Biography

Gary has over 35 years’ experience of real estate investment in Europe and Asia and has been involved in all phases of the real estate investment process including equity capital raising, fund structuring, debt financing, property acquisitions, asset management and sales. He has built up an extensive network of deep relationships with key players, advisors, brokers, consultants, investment banks and analysts.

He co-founded Moor Park in 2006. Prior to founding Moor Park, Gary was a Managing Partner and Co-Head of European Funds Group within Nomura, a team he created following his role as Head of Nomura’s Real Estate Principal Finance Group. He was also a member of Nomura’s Global Fixed Income Committee. Between 1999 and 2002, he was Partner & Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston responsible for its European Real Estate Investment Banking business. In the period 1992-1999, Gary was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank) in the Real Estate Group.

Gary graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) from Cass Business School (London) and qualified in 1985 as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in London where he specialised in International Taxation.

Shemeel Khan

Founder Partner, Chief Executive Officer Biography

Shemeel has over 28 years of real estate experience including structuring and managing investment transactions. Before co-founding Moor Park, Shemeel was a partner in the European Funds Group at Nomura. Prior to this, he spent six years at Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank) primarily in the Real Estate Investment Banking team originating and executing transactions spanning real estate investment and advisory and structured bond issues.

Shemeel has a proven track-record in structuring financing and re-financing for developments such as the Kings Chelsea residential development in London, the UK Government Home Office development project at Westminster as part of a PFI transaction and the acquisition of the Hotel Arts in Barcelona.

He was also joint development manager of Kings Chelsea residential development and served as a non-executive director of Northacre Plc.

Shemeel graduated in 1992 with a Master of Business Administration (with commendation) from City University Business School.

Jagdeep Kapoor

Founder Partner Biography

Jagdeep has over 21 years’ experience in real estate investment in Europe and has been involved in all phases of the real estate investment process, including equity capital raising, fund structuring, debt financing, property acquisitions, asset management and sales. He has built an extensive network of strong relationships with key market participants all of which add to his undoubted origination capability.

Jagdeep co-founded Moor Park in 2006. He is directly responsible for key institutional client relationships in addition to all key lending bank relationships for Moor Park’s transactions.

Prior to founding Moor Park, Jagdeep was a partner in the European Funds Group and was previously Head of Strategic Platforms in the Asset Finance Group at Nomura which he joined in 2002. Prior to that, he was part of the investment banking team at Credit Suisse First Boston (2000-2002), where the team was responsible for Credit Suisse’s European Real Estate Investment Banking business. Before joining Credit Suisse, Jagdeep worked in the Interest Rate Swaps division at JP Morgan, London.

Jagdeep has a Master’s Degree in Management (Specialisation in Finance) from HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales), Paris, France and a BSc (Hons) in Production Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, India. Jagdeep speaks English and French.

Greg Krause

Director

Greg is responsible for managing current investments as well as for originating, underwriting and structuring new investments. He also develops and maintains relationships with investors, lenders, agents, brokers and service providers.

He joined Moor Park in December 2019 from TradeRisks (now part of Gresham House), where he focused on public and private debt arrangements and the structuring of infrastructure and real estate transactions across the UK and Europe. He was also responsible for overseeing portfolios of loans, bonds, interest rate derivatives and options of the largest Housing Associations in the UK, and interest rate derivatives advisory, restructurings and trade execution. Previously, he was at Ernst and Young’s Transaction Advisory Services team in London, focusing on due diligence and structuring of UK-bound infrastructure, real estate and energy investments for Asian private equity sponsors and corporates.

Greg holds MSc in Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science and BA (Hons) degree in International Business and Mandarin from Middlesex University in London.

Oliver Cannon

Vice President

Oliver joined Moor Park in June 2025, having previously worked in the international real estate team at Sedco Capital UK. Oliver focused on the sourcing, structuring and execution of real estate transactions across the UK, Europe and the US as well as management of the existing AUM.

Prior to that, Oliver held roles at Blue Noble LLP and 90 North Real Estate Partners, focusing on due diligence and execution of UK and European investments on behalf of Middle Eastern and Asian capital, including HNWIs, across platforms, clubs, and single-mandate structures.

Oliver studied Real Estate at Cass Business School and holds BA (Hons) degree in Architecture from University of Greenwich.

Hugo Lelandais

Vice President

Hugo joined Moor Park in June 2025 from Henderson Park, where he focused on opportunistic acquisitions and asset management across France and the UK.

At Henderson Park, he held a mid-level role in the French coverage team, underwriting and executing transactions across sectors with a focus on hospitality. He was also actively involved in underwriting UK corporate and alternative investments, and contributed to business development initiatives. Hugo was responsible for managing five assets with a combined value of over €1.5 billion, overseeing business plan execution, financial performance, capex delivery and stakeholder reporting.

He began his career at PGIM Real Estate in Paris, working on value-add investments in France and Spain and contributing to €400 million in transaction volume.

Hugo holds a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School and is a native French speaker.

Trevor Stephens

Head of Development Management

Trevor trained as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has over 35 years’ experience of all stages of the development process from feasibility, funding, planning, overseeing the entire delivery process through design, construction and sales.

Most recently Trevor has been working with private investors leading new build residential projects in and around London, negotiated a revised planning approval for a hotel scheme in Italy and was Head of Project Management for Wonderland Restaurants on their landmark immersive dining scheme in a Listed building in Soho.

Since 2005, Trevor has worked independently for a wide range of high, net worth private investors, private equity groups and well-known development organisations. A highlight in this period includesd being appointed as Owner’s Representative and Managing Director for Sugar Beach Residences on the $150m redevelopment of Sugar Beach Hotel and Residential Development in St Lucia. This comprised the complete remodelling of the hotel on a 125 acre World Heritage site together with overseeing delivery of $75m of new build sales in 25 no. luxury beachside residences whilst also being appointed to the Steering Group responsible for the procurement of £350m of design and build residential projects within the Athlete’s Village for the London Olympics.

Graydon Butler

COO & Compliance Officer

Graydon joined Moor Park in 2006 operation oversight of the whole organisation. Responsible for monitoring covenants and ensuring reporting requirements are adhered to.

Prior to joining Moor Park Graydon worked for Nomura as Head of Agency & Transaction Management Integrated Finance’s Group core real estate investments. During his time at Nomura, in addition to monitoring the portfolio Graydon developed a set of procedures for middle office management of new and existing transactions. Before joining Nomura Graydon worked for Société Generale for six years where he managed a large and diverse portfolio of assets with a combined commitment value of €3.5bn.

Graydon holds a degree in History from Southampton University.

Sukhjit Vohra

Head of Fund Finance

Sukhjit joined Moor Park as an experienced ACA Qualified accountant with over 10 years of real estate audit and reporting experience in multi jurisdiction funds in Europe, US and the UK across different property types. She joined from Blackstone, whereby she gained a wealth of accounting & reporting experience working on a large disposal, multiple acquisitions and fund restructuring.

Sukhjit brings the experience and knowledge of initial set up, ongoing management of the accounting, VAT/CIT/ local compliance and bank reporting. Other previous institutions include Internos Real Investors and Savills Investment Management. Sukhjit holds a Degree in Accounting from Sheffield Hallam University.

Alex Oswald

Building Surveyor

Alex is a chartered surveyor with extensive knowledge and experience in the healthcare, commercial, higher education and industrial sectors. He specialises in acquisition surveys, Party Wall matters, defect analysis, Planned Preventative maintenance schedules and Contract Administration. Alex previously worked for Watts Group Limited and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2010.

Alex holds a degree in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England in addition to a degree in Chemistry and Management from Bath University.

 

Matt Boursnell

Building Surveyor

Matt brings with him a wealth of experience in the healthcare, commercial and industrial sectors. He specialises in building surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations negotiations, planned maintenance programming and running projects. Matt previously worked for Colliers International and prior to that, Chisholm and Nurser Partnership where qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2009.

Matt holds a degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
