STRATEGY

Moor Park Capital Partners is the European Service Provider to two US based non-traded unlisted REITS with a mandate to acquire and asset/property manage assets across Europe; 40% of the portfolio for the first REIT has been invested in Europe; 70% of the second REIT is now being invested in Europe. This is to allow US domestic retail investors the ability to participate in the anticipated recapitalisation of corporate Europe.

 

has built a significant diversified pool of assets, emphasising corporate sale-leaseback transactions involving single tenant properties and continues to do so for the second REIT, which is a follow-on to the first program. Corporate sale-leasebacks are highly attractive as they allow a company to free up cash from the sale which can in turn be used to invest in the business. Target asset sizes range from £5m to £200m.

 

All asset classes except residential qualify for these programs. Investments are targeted across Europe, primarily Northern and Western Europe (UK, Germany, France, Benelux countries & Nordic Countries).
